AIRIUM Device Compatibility and eSIM Requirements

AIRIUM eSIM services require a compatible device. Before purchasing or activating an AIRIUM plan or bundle, please ensure that your device meets all of the following conditions:

General Requirements

To use an AIRIUM eSIM, your device must:

Support eSIM technology
Be unlocked (not carrier- or network-restricted)
Not be jailbroken (iOS) or rooted (Android)

Failure to meet these requirements may prevent successful activation. AIRIUM cannot guarantee compatibility for devices that do not meet the conditions above.

How to Check if Your Device Supports eSIM

You can verify eSIM compatibility directly on your device:

Open the phone dialer (the app used to make calls).
Dial *#06#.
Check whether a 32-digit number labelled “EID” appears on your screen.

If an EID number is displayed, your device supports eSIM.
If no EID is shown, your device does not support eSIM technology.

Some devices purchased in specific regions (including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, South Korea, and certain carrier-locked models) may not support eSIM functionality even if the model appears on the supported list.

Important Notes

Only Wi-Fi + Cellular iPad models are supported.
Some manufacturers or carriers may disable eSIM functionality.
