AIRIUM is a digital connectivity service providing mobile data access via eSIM technology.

AIRIUM is designed for travelers and mobile users who require reliable, short- to medium-term connectivity across regions.

AIRIUM is not a mobile network operator and does not own or operate mobile network infrastructure. Connectivity is delivered through selected third-party partner networks.

2. Connectivity Partners

AIRIUM provides digital connectivity services through selected third-party network partners.

All AIRIUM services are ordered and purchased within the VPC ecosystem.

Purchases are facilitated via the reliable and trusted online payment platform working in partnership with a leading local bank. This payment gateway is hosted by vpcrental.club website. 

All prices, payments, and customer records are handled with utmost care in accordance with the highest cybersecurity standards.

AIRIUM does not redirect customers outside the VPC ecosystem for payment.

To deliver seamless eSIM functionality, AIRIUM works with trusted external connectivity partners who enable provisioning, activation, and mobile network access through their own infrastructure.

AIRIUM does not operate mobile networks and does not control the underlying network infrastructure. Network performance and availability may vary depending on location, coverage, and local conditions. AIRIUM works exclusively with reputable partners to ensure a secure and reliable service experience.

3. Eligibility and Device Compatibility

To use AIRIUM services, users must:

• Have an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device
• Ensure their device supports the required bands and technology

It is the user’s responsibility to confirm compatibility prior to purchase.

AIRIUM is not responsible for service issues arising from incompatible, locked, or unsupported devices.

4. Purchase, Activation and Validity

• AIRIUM plans are prepaid and digital.
• Activation occurs when the eSIM first connects to a supported mobile network.
  Once activated, the validity period begins immediately and runs continuously.
• Validity periods cannot be paused, extended, transferred, or reset.
• Any unused data expires at the end of the validity period.

5. Usage and Fair Use

AIRIUM services are designed for everyday connectivity needs, including:

• Messaging and email
• Navigation and maps
• Browsing and travel coordination

AIRIUM plans are not intended for continuous high-bandwidth activities, such as prolonged video streaming, large file transfers, or persistent hotspot use.

All usage, including any unlimited plans, is subject to fair use principles to ensure service quality across shared networks. Excessive or abusive usage may result in reduced performance or service limitations in line with partner network policies.

6. Network Availability and Performance

Coverage depends on regional partner networks and may vary based on:

• Location and terrain
• Network congestion
• Local technical conditions

AIRIUM does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or universal coverage.

Temporary service degradation, latency, or interruptions may occur.

7. Plans, Bundles and Top-Up Plans

AIRIUM offers 48 connectivity options tailored to different travel patterns, including plans with a defined data allowance and 2 complimentary bundles.

Plan details, data allowances, and validity periods for eSIM plans and bundles are displayed on eSIM Pland and Bundles page. 

Relevant top-up plans are displayed on the page of each eSIM plan.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of eSIM services:

• Activated eSIMs are non-refundable
• No refunds are provided for partially used plans
• No refunds are provided for device incompatibility where requirements were not met

If an eSIM cannot be installed or activated due to a verified technical fault, users should contact AIRIUM support promptly for assessment.

9. Fraud, Misuse and Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse AIRIUM services
• Use AIRIUM for unlawful purposes

AIRIUM reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where fraud, misuse, or abuse is suspected.

10. Limitation of Liability

AIRIUM services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIRIUM shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or business
• Service interruptions or performance degradation
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

AIRIUM’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant AIRIUM plan.

Information on the AIRIUM website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, technical, or legal advice.

14. Changes to These Terms

AIRIUM may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of AIRIUM services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Tonga.
